How far ahead do I need to book?
One or two weeks is ideal, especially at the end of the month. But we work around the clock and can often move you within a day or two.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. You get it in writing with everything included: crew, truck, packing materials, dismantling and reassembly. No extra charges on moving day.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes, every move includes transport insurance. If you want extended cover for valuables, we can arrange it.
Do you paint or do repairs in the new place?
Yes. We can paint, fit wardrobes or do small repairs before you arrive, so everything is ready when you move in.
What do you do with things I don’t want to take?
We take them to the recycling centre or keep them in our storage. For a full clearance, we leave the flat empty and swept.
